Returns/Refunds & Replacements

We are happy to offer you 7 days from your delivery date to return any unwanted goods for a refund, (excluding original shipping costs). However, as per the Distance Selling Regulations, the goods and/or packaging must be unopened and therefore the goods unused, complete as delivered to you, and returned at your expense. You must email us first requesting a RMA form, prior to returning any unwanted goods, and all goods must fully comply with the above conditions to be accepted for a refund. Goods excluded from this refund ploicy, ie as per the Distance Selling Regulations are: software, DVD's, audio and video recordings that have been opened, and any items made to your own specifications.

Ordering

 

All items for sale have an 'Add to Cart' button. Just click the 'Add to Cart' button and your shopping cart page opens with that item automatically in your shopping cart. You can alter the quantity you wish to buy in the 'Quantity' column - the default quantity is 1, and if you make an alteration, click the 'Update Cart' button. This will recalculate the cart's total. If you wish to continue shopping, just click the 'Continue Shopping' button and you can browse our website and add further items to your shopping cart. Remember to click the 'Update Cart' button when you have finished shopping. Then just click the 'Proceed to Checkout' button.            

Your 'Checkout Method' page now opens where you will have the following options available:

• You can login to your account if you have one.
• You can checkout as a 'Guest' if you wish.
• You can create an account with us if you wish.

Updating Account Information

You can update your account details at any time. Click on the 'My Account' button located on the top of every webpage. Your account login page opens to enable you to enter your login details, and just click the 'Login' button. A 'Forgot your Password' link is available if you ever forget your password. This opens your 'My Dashboard' page, where you can update all your account details and options. Once your have completed any changes, just click the 'Save' button for the changes to be uploaded.
